The diversity of the participants provided a wider spectrum for knowledge sharing during the training course as well as sets the ground for a more effective execution of the learning gathered and follow up points of actions.
The standard curriculum for the VCB-N training module is for six days. But due to client need, EDGE has to adjust it in a three-day time span. Besides, as the participants were from different backgrounds, training delivery was made in such a way so that the communication could reach all the participants. At the end, the participants shared their satisfaction with the training content and delivery approach. Finally, EDGE provided the client, as per their need, with a 6-month follow-up action plan.
